SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days for Rabat, Casablanca, and Fez, and 5 to 7 days for other Moroccan cities.

For made-to-order pieces, allow 4 to 8 weeks of production depending on complexity. We will contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the delivery date.

What are the shipping fees?

Free delivery is available for any order above 1,000 MAD in major cities (Rabat, Casablanca, Fez, Marrakech, Tangier).

For orders below 1,000 MAD:

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address.

  • Major cities: 50 MAD
  • Other cities: 90 MAD

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Morocco. If your city does not appear in the delivery options, contact us on WhatsApp at +212 625 07 32 13 and we will find a solution.

Here is how an order with a carrier works:

  1. An SMS with the tracking number
  2. A WhatsApp message with the courier details
  3. A call from the courier 24 hours before delivery to confirm your availability
  4. A real-time tracking link for your order

Why cash on delivery?

We know trust must be earned. You should be able to see and touch your artisan piece before paying. That is our commitment.

Online card payment will be available soon for those who prefer it.

After inspection, you decide whether to confirm payment upon delivery.

The courier waits while you:

If anything is wrong, refuse the package. No payment. No questions.

  • Inspect the product
  • Check the dimensions
  • Confirm that it matches your order
